Wow, Elizabeth turned out to be the easiest decision to fire that Trump\'s ever made.  

First of all the military approach was the absolute worst idea, I\'m very suprised most of the team was behind it.  Too bad Elizabeth doesn\'t have more of a backbone to make an executive decision and stick with it, at least then she could have had some chance of pinning fault on some team members had they not done what they were told to do.  Oh well, that\'s why she went home.

She is probably good at whatever she does... but being a leader surely isn\'t it.  Andy on the other hand had was outstanding as the project leader IMO.  He really surprised me.  

Something strange happening next week - some old castmembers are coming back.  Should be interesting.

She screwed up from just being too damn nice.  She would get eaten alive in Trump\'s organization.  

It\'s too bad because she was completely right in her direction for the commercial.  What they came up with was horrible.

That said, I\'d still let her drool on my tool. If my wifey allowed it.
