Yeah I saw this on Drudge last night. This may be Bush\'s attempt to add some more moderate Cabinet members and get Democratic backing.

Personally I\'m going to hold my enthusiasm about Ashcroft\'s resignation until I see his successor. For all we know it could be Pat Robertson.
