Possible fix for the gym glitch

I was reading on another forum that there was a possible fix for the gym glitch, the one that won\'t let you work out.

After trying it, I finally managed to fix it.

Here\'s what I did:

Step 1. Load the game from the last save block used that has the glitch.
Step 2. Save to an empty block.
Step 3. Delete the old block that the game was originally loaded from.
Step 4. Resave the game on the freshly deleted block that contained the original glitch effected game.
Step 5. delete the game saved into the empty block (as described in Step 2).

this might explain more clearly

Block X (original game save with glitch) <== load last game saved
Block Y (empty block) <== resave game here

**Now reload the newly saved game from Block Y**

Block X (original game save with glitch) <== delete this block
Block X (new empty block) <== resave game here

Block Y (resaved game without glitch) <== delete this block

**Now reload the newly saved game from Block X**

Now visit the gym to see if you can work out

Give that a try.

I didn\'t change clothes/appearance, or eat anything, after doing that, it worked.

I\'m off to try to see if it\'s permanent, or if it changes back after a few minutes.

If you have/are experiencing the glitch, try this method, it might just sort it.

PS. I\'m not taking credit for discovering this, someone else found it, they just didn\'t explain the proceedure clearly enough, so it was easy to get lost.

My game currently has this glitch, I will try it.

I think the first explanation was better. ;]

I had trouble using the gym during a particular part of the storyline, but it cleared up and I haven\'t had the problem since.
