suikoden 3 problems loading on hd loader

hi i have just put suikoden 3 on my hd loader but game wont load. can any one help this game is usa we have the legal copy of the game. our playstation 2 is not chipped. any help will be most welcome.

Should work fine, try running it with mode 2/3 going. If it doesn\'t work, disable all modes and try that. Some games just act wierd with certain modes.

What mode is this? I have HDLoader and I can only get GT4\'s copyright and warning intro to show up. Then it\'s just black screen afterwards.

when selecting a game.. press select. You can choose mode game compatibility settings.

Some games need certain modes enabled. Others don\'t need any and can even become unstable if u use them.  If you have problems with certain games just different modes.  Some games won\'t run with HDloader at all.

hi ,thanks for replys. have tryed most of the modes for suikoden 3. i have read it is because it is a duel layer game and it has to be shrunk. i found a patch to convert game from usa to pal. has any one tryed the patch and shrinking game to see if it will work on hd load. i know the game is compatible as i have checked site\'s. my son has waited so long for this game as it was not in the uk.thought hd loader would help. only other opition left maybe is to get ps2 chipped. my fried said get a flip top lid and magic disc .any help will be most welcome. thanks alot every one.

hi, managed to load suikedon 3 on hd load. used hdll dump for usa games and it worked  a treat. son is very happy now. thanks for all your help. x
