Service Games - The History of Sega

A humongous read, but a must for any Sega fans.

I knew quite a bit about Sega\'s past but now I know everything.  Extremely poor communication, steep prices, lack of commitment, bad timing, hardware saturation, and arrogance.  It wasn\'t just one or two of those factors that determined sega\'s fate, it was all of them working in conjunction.

Sega\'s demise had more to do with what happened before the Dreamcast, and the article goes into much detail about that.

The Dreamcast was a fine attempt by Sega to redeem themselves but obviously it wasn\'t enough to recapture all that had been lost.

If you want to know everything about the Dreamcast then here you go: Dreamcast History
