How do I create a disc to automatically run a program on it when I put the disc in?

I want to do a simple webpage of pictures, but instead of telling people to click here and have it be a simple webpage that runs their browser, I want it to automatically pop up.

What me do?

wont help if they have autorun disabled on thier machine but:

1. put a .txt doc in the root directory on the cd called AUTORUN.INF

2. inside the doc, put:

[autorun]
open=nameofpage.htm

3. ???

4.  profit!
