The court system in the US neets to remember that the punishment should fit the crime.  How in the world a jury awarded 1.2 million in \'punitive\' damages is beyond me.  

I should move down there a couple of years just to sue some major multinational.

Yea, I was in disgust at that article and started searching the forum to see if anybody else saw it.  I don\'t even know what to say.
