The way I read that, it would mean that a game review or an editorial in a newspaper could fall under the law if it describes what\'s so objectionable about the game, and I\'m wondering if that was part of the intent of the law.

Actually, that interview was kind of soft. I disagree with that law.
 
I think the self-policing policies are enough and that the objectionable material is not actually the harmful to kids who seek it out despite the regulations.
 
On one hand, I\'m old enough to have all the games and porn I want (yippee...), but some kids aren\'t and I don\'t think we should fine a teen who wants to play Resident Evil.
 
But I\'m a 23-year-old nonconstituent so I can keep my big mouth shut.

Comes down to the individual imo, parents should take responsibility for their kids, not governments.  Personally, i couldn\'t care less about that law.

I think the problem is that the law would also stop parents from buying Adult games for their kids....

Yeah. I mean...parents are responsible for what their kids play. There\'s ratings for a reason. I don\'t know how much things would change if the law is passed. It\'s all kind of silly.
