even tho people shouldn\'t have taken advantage of fema,...^^^^fema themselves need their asses whooped for not properly following up on their cases...if they can actually track down these people, they should make them pay the money back,...i think that will be near impossible tho...heh another site i was reading stated that people were using the funds for sex changes...
