Im not a chopper so I dont really need that much. I just want to find some nice s/w that I can edit pics..cut ppl out of..add effects and such.

I*maaaayy* give photochopping a try in the near future..but in no way am I concerning with trying to make someone else\'s boobies look good on a celeb.

I just want something that isnt too bloated and gets the basic needs done with some extras on the side.

I downloaded Paint Shop Pro once, but I don\'t use many of its effects so I can\'t speak for them. It does the whole layer thing and all that.

PhotoShop elements 5.0 or jasic paint shop pro( i believe corel just recently bought them out) so it\'s Corel paint shop pro.

If you really want something "easy" maybe picasa is what you need.

Although, it\'s more a picture album / photo sort type of thing, you still can add a few nice effects
