The whole card that night was rather unexciting. Thank god it was free. I get sore looking at the way Mirkos leg twists when he lands. I use to have problems with my left knee where it would just go out and it is seriously the most painful thing i\'ve felt in my life. Never went to a doctor for it, because it hasn\'t happend in a year or two. But it would feel like my knee went out of socket and back in for a split second. Ouch.

UFC 71 tho should be better

Karo Parisyan is always an exciting fighter to watch IMO, also looking forward to seeing Keith Jardine.

Also I really hope they fire Mike Goldberg soon. He says the dumbest shit while commentating and half the time Joe Rogan sounds annoyed that he has to sit beside him.

The ref actually stood them up moments before that kick and they were only on the ground for a few seconds.

I do agree tho, the ground and pound is very boring and there are only a few guys who can make it exciting. Tito Ortiz being one of them, and also David Loiseau comes to mind. Those guys can really hammer down the elbows on the ground.

Yeah...Cro Cop looked pretty bad the entire fight...didn\'t seem to want to throw any punches and his one kick got caught.

Brutal knockout too. Cro Cops kicks usually send his victims straight back but he instantly collapsed upon himself. I think I read somewhere that he\'s ok and it wasn\'t a serious injury though.

I\'m not sure what to expect from Liddell vs Jackson. Jackson completely dominated Liddell in their last fight but that was three years ago and Liddell has improved while Rampage has declined.

Heavyweight in UFC definitely is looking bright though.

And that chick fight was half decent actually lol. Better than any fight I saw last night. That Gina chick is definitely smoking hot.

I\'m hoping it not a 1 round knockout for Liddell. I\'d like a good fight all rounds or something, and yes Jackson has been on the decline while Liddell has been on the rise.

I\'m hoping Liddell will bring something out of him, light a fire under him or something and make it a great fight.

and I would agree that the Heavyweight class is definatley looking bright. Lots of great guys coming up. I\'d still really love to see Cro Cop vs Randy Couture but I read today that Cro Cop is thinking about finishing his last 3 fights for his UFC contract and will call it quits.
