But yeah, I can\'t really imagine how this guy can outrun the police with two stumps for arms and one leg... And he has done it before.

There is special equipment that allows you to drive a vehicle even if you are missing arms or whatever. My brother\'s friend drove all the time and he had T-Rex arms. It was sad that he had to live like that, but technology allows him to do more stuff.

However this guy could drive without that stuff... He even stole cars! And he has often outrun the police... Quite impressive really.
