Although the game looks pretty cool, The flaws they mentioned should bring that score down just a tad. I think any game that has a 3 second pause while in combat shouldn\'t be any higher than an 8.0, if not lower. Thats sounds like laziness on the developers\' part.

that\'s funny that we still have games made in this generation that still have pauses, slowdown, and such nowadays. Maybe all or nearly of this lag will be a thing of the past for next generation console.

i doubt it. just seems like with every piece of new hardware, people push it as far as it can go. Skate. is another game that i heard has pauses/loads since the city is pretty huge

Gametrailers.com gave Folklore 7.2 hehe..

This game look good.. i\'d prolly wait till I find a used copy or a long week-end rental

That sounds a little more accurate of a score. The videos look really good though.

I played a demo of Blue Dragon. The demo was infested with delays during battle. They d better not be there in the released title

I downloaded the demo for Folklore over the weekend. The pause wasn\'t as bad as they said it was. Must have been fixed, although, I didn\'t care for the battle system all that much. And the text was horribly small. I had to strain my eyes to read it.

not sure if you have an hdtv theory, but iv heard a bunch of people on 360 games saying they have an impossible time reading text on standard tv\'s because of how its made for hdtv\'s

Thats kind of stupid considering the fact that not everyone has an HDTV. They should at least include a "larger text" feature for poor bums like myself that cant afford HDTV just yet.

I must admit though, even warhawk, which ive been playing alot of lately, has extremely small text. Again, no feature to make the text larger.
