Why? My aunt had her first baby at that age. It seems like its starting to be the norm lately; having kids later.
I think for the most part it\'s a health risk more than anything,...older women risk possibly dying and even not being able to go full term with their pregnancy,....pregnancies alone are actually risky for healthy young females,...there are cases of young healthy females dying while giving birth,..even tho those cases are rare,...it does happen,..older women just have a higher risk of it happening.
