Bill does age too, but he age a lot more gracefully than Bush though. Bill is still sharp as ever, and again one of the greatest speakers too.
Bush on the other hand, had to dealt with 9/11 and the two wars. He even said on the speech he gave last night that he could never recover after 9/11. It seems like he couldn\'t handle under pressure and tough situations as well as other previous presidents did.
You can see that he doesn\'t age that gracefully, and he looks sad, worry, and he has the frown on his face. His last speech he gave last night, he seems more relax and less sad, but could not hide years of stress on his face since the war.
Maybe when he retire, he would recover from his years of stress.
