1) Jessica chobot..damn

2) yea it looks good. I\'m a little burned out on assassins creed, so that\'s a little worrying. I dont really have the usual \'i cant wait to play this game\' that I did with the first two. I put in AC2 to check out some of the sites I went to and had no desire to actually play the game. But it should be fun. I just hope there\'s not too much commanding other dudes to attack or other stuff since I get bored with that kind of thing...especially when AI in games is usually frusterating.

They need to do some work on the big battles too. It was way too easy to just walk around stabbing people in the back while they were fighting other dudes

The next batch of offers lined up for PlayStation Plus subscribers looks to be incredibly enticing -- that is, of course, if you\'re one of the lucky lot chosen to participate in the Assassin\'s Creed: Brotherhood beta.

Assassin\'s Creed: Brotherhood is \'gold\', trailer celebrates

Quote

Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin\'s Creed: Brotherhood has gone "gold", meaning development is finally complete and that baby\'s ready for writing to discs.

Discs that\'ll be spinning in your PS3s, 360s and PCs come November 19 (Nov 16 in US). To mark the event, Ubi\'s released the below trailer - a video detailing the dire situation in Rome and the revolution that will be triggered by the arrival of Ezio, who\'ll happily stab people in the face on your command.

I only played it for a couple hours, but here\'s my initial impressions

The SP looks like it keeps the gameplay pretty similar to ACII. So it does have that AC2.5 feel since there\'s only a few tweaks to the actual gameplay. But the game itself is huge and will take time to beat, so it makes it worth the 60 bucks if you love the game. Not much else to go into since I havent gotten too far into the story

Multiplayer...is a fuckin blast. There\'s no other game out there that plays like this. Just a quick synopsis of how it works (at least the main game mode) is you have like 8 people in the room and each person is assigned one person to kill, while you also have 1 or more people trying to kill you. So its a game of cat and mouse. There\'s a bunch of NPC\'s that have all the same skins as the 8 players, which looks a little dumb when you\'re not playing but it works in trying to figure out who is your target and who isnt.

It\'s exhilarating to see your target, but knowing that you cant just run for him or else you\'ll get the attention of your target and the person that\'s trying to kill you. Or suspecting an NPC is the person trying to kill you when its not and they just walk by, or one time I knew the character that was trying to kill me and i saw him following me but he was moving like an NPC so i took the risk and didnt run since my target was near...only to get stabbed in the neck.

who knows if it has the legs to be awesome for a long period of time, but so far its a breath of fresh air for multiplayer gaming

Never played the previous games, but looking at getting this one. Will I be missing anything earth-shattering if delve in to this series cold by playing the third installment?

earth-shattering? the story is decent but nothing absolutely amazing

But you will be completely lost about what is going on in the world. We\'re in desmond\'s third part of the story, ezio\'s second, and you dont have altair\'s background..and a couple sub-stories that are going on. It gets pretty convoluted which annoys some people, but i\'ve kept track of whats going on with all of them and I\'m liking the story.

I\'d definitely read a synopsis somewhere or what the story of the first two games on youtube if they have it there. That or get the first two for cheap, play those, and then get brotherhood for cheap :D (downside of that is the multiplayer wont be popular by then)

Here\'s the first one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mYlPTYkvGw   (FIRST GAME SPOILERS)

That one was pretty straight foreward with the story and the gameplay. Was obvious they had a deadline before they really wanted to finish the game since its pretty bare-bones compared to the second and third...but cant really blame them since they were doing something that had never been done before and it wouldve taken forever for them to get the game that they wanted on store shelves. I still loved the first one even though it gets a lot of flack...

The second one is when they go pretty crazy with the multiple stories going on so i couldnt find a video for that...except this 70 part walkthrough on youtube, lol

good :D

i didnt realize how they tweaked the combat, but its so bad ass now

Before it was always \'hold block, wait for someone to attack, and then counter"

Now you can either do it that way, or play it like batman:arkham asylum and just tear through people, and then every so often someone will try to attack and you\'ll have to hold block and X to counter really quickly. Just makes ezio completely lay waste to people, but its still pretty intense to make sure you dont get hit while you\'re busy taking a bunch of people out in a row. The combat was never difficult, so it just makes it more fun
