interesting. i just look at those tekken tag tournament pics and they very good and solid graphic for ps2 back in the days. couldn\'t believe it been over 12 years already.
it does makes me realize some inconsistency with today games graphic on ps3/xbox360/wiiU, and PCs.
some games like Uncharted 2 and 3 makes me whoa, it does look like the ps3 can do that. actually, many times it make me thought it looks better than what i thought the ps3 can do.
but some games like soul calibur 5, the only good thing about it is the framerate seems to run at a constant 60+ fps. but the graphic looks so blurry. the texture and the lighting looks so blurry. which makes ttt look better because it doesn\'t have the very blurry texture and lighting that sc5 has. sure soul calibur 5 might have higher polygon counts and stuff, but i was surprised how blurry it is and it almost looks like the graphic quality is a crossed between ps2/xbox and ps3/xbox360 with the annoying blur.
i just watched the video review of sc5, and i was surprised how strong the blur is, and the texture is rather bland too. so is the lighting which is rather bland, weak, and little lighting effects were used. weird.
some games really show off what the ps3 can do like uncharted and infamous because of the high detail and very little to no blur. while some games look like something the ps2 and original xbox can do.
