Sorry for the downtime today. I dropped the ball. The host emailed me a couple weeks ago saying that there were a lot of emails in the queue and warned me about spam and whatnot since they were to inactive emails. I got the email while I was at work meant to fix it that night but then forgot about it. Fast forward to today. Since I didn't fix the problem, they deactivated the hosting account. Basically what happened is the forum software kept trying to push out emails to inactive users with inactive email addresses which is what caused the issue. The culprit was the birthday emails. As such I have no choice but to disable them. Hopefully that fixes the issue. They gave me a stern warning about if this happens again they will delete the hosting account (yay threats!). I downloaded a full backup of the forum and database just in case. So if things go down in the future, check the PSX5Central or PSX2 Central facebook groups. That's where I communicate if the forum goes offline for extended periods.
