Ok here is the deal. I put in a dvd that asked me for my password. I then enter it and change the option on the meny to no level. However when I put in a new movie same problem again password back to level one. I have a memory card and I am at the inlaws without my manual please help. Thank you .

Yea same thing happend with mem sorry can\'t help, the manual doesn\'t help me either soo..I can\'t explain anything.

I got it changed to password back to 7444 then parental lock off and it works. Strange machine. :)
