WHO USES CHEATS AND WHY?

I was just wondering as I rearly ever use cheats as it really takes all fun and meaning out of the game .
On the rare occasion that I might use a cheat it would only be when I\'ve already finished the game ,or if I\'m completely stuck ,or if it can offer something new to the game .

What do you guys do ?
I really get annoyed when I see that people are playing through their games with invulnerability on .What\'s the point of even playing ? You cant die! There\'s no challenge!!

It\'s easier duh. I find FF8 much funner with infinate HP

If you cant finish a game, and want it finished so you can move on - theres no problem. As I may do with SSX cause its giving me the ****s :rpissed:

However, in games like Counter-Strike, those cheats deserve to have their heads smashed cause it ruins the game

I did it with SSX one time when I wanted to see Untracked.  I haven\'t done it since though.  I think it\'s pretty lame.  My wife always jumps on the interent the instant we are stuck on an RPG.  Takes all the fun and frustration out of it.

the reason I do not use cheats in because there is nothing like the satisfaction you get when you pass a hard spot using nothing but your noggen

I don\'t understand cheaters. Cheats take all fun out of a game you haven\'t completed. If you complete the game with those cheats, I mean.

But they can make a games lifespan longer. Yes, I understand that when you\'ve completed a game in all difficulties ( if possible ) and you\'re bored to death with the game, you use some cheats to make the game look funnier, harder, easier or something else

I hate hackerz who ruin Counter-Strike by writing cheatz... it ruins the atmosphere and the entertainment factor for others.

I ONLY USE CHEATS IF I RENT A GAME SO I CAN FINISH IT WITHIN 24HOURS.

I would only use cheats just to have a laugh..I remember using the Game Genie on Double Dragon 2 on the NES, and I put on infinite lives and would fall off the ledge on purpose and all the enemies would follow you down.......ahhhh.....good memories of the old NES.

  Well cheats do make you get past the hard spots of the game just becaue you like it like this.  When you get the book or use the online cheats you also get the codes to get extra stuff in this game along with the cheats so if you want the codes for a new weapon that you can\'t get because this was not intended to be in the game well I think cheating and coding is pretty neat to try out!  I use them and I love it to get threw the game smoothly!!
