Where to get a PS2 now?
« on: January 01, 2001, 08:15:49 AM »
So where is the best place to get a PS2 now? It seems like they are down around $400 on E-Bay but I\'m trying to avoid that. Is this limited availability thing going to continue to be a problem till the next big shipment in March or whenever, or will it continue after that???

get on amazon.com\'s mail list i just baught one there a couple days ago.  about half the time they tell u when they will get shipments in.  shipments come in about every week.  the downside is you must buy a package.  this package includes: PS2, 2 controllers, 3 games (depending on the package u buy) and an armagedan DVD.  this costs 500 wich is retailif u add everythin up.  i will recive mine soon and exchange a couple of the games at madia play or somethin.

Another general suggestion would be to go to http://www.microplay.com, they ship super fast, and recive new systems every week. I was on the list for 1 week and got my system, they also have great package deals too. Their currency is in Canadain or US dollar, and they ship world wide. Check it out!
