This game is an embarrassment to Sony. They should never have release it! The graphics aren\'t up the Playstation 2 standards and neither is the gameplay for that matter. Here are several things that are wrong with this game: 1. Passing - Sometimes your receiver will turn around and run back to the line of scrimmage when the ball is in the air. Then the defender always intercepts it. This happened to me 5 times in one game!!! (If you don\'t believe me, read the review in Next Gen magazine) 2. Running - Your player gets lost in a pile of players while running through the line of scrimmage. You can\'t even see the runner so following your blockers is almost impossible. 3. Blocking - When you kick the ball off, just run one of your players down the field and just move slightly left or right. The computer players won\'t attempt to block you and you can tackle the ball carrier with no problem. 4. There are no automatic replays after a good play. Also, the manual replays are very choppy so trying to check a close play is impossible. 5. Catching - After a receiver catches the ball he will stand there for a second and you can\'t move but the defenders can. So even if you have a 5 yard cushion, by the time you are allowed to move the receiver, he gets tackled. 6. Ball spotting - One time a defender tackled me on the 2 yard line and I slid into the end zone. The game gave me a TD. Another time I made a diving catch in the end zone and the computer spotted the ball on the 1 yard line. 7. Coaches - They don\'t have actual coaches and the coaches that they do have say really corny things. 8. Artificial Intelligence - The computer just scored a TD and was losing 35-30 late in the game. Instead of going for a 2 point conversion so that they could tie it with a FG, the computer kicked an extra point. Another time with about 20 seconds before halftime, I tackled the computer player and the computer took its sweet time going to the play calling screen. The clock ran out on him. Also, if you are losing late in the game, the computer will call its plays very fast as long as you hit the X button right after the play and then pick a defensive play very quickly. The computer won\'t try to run out the clock and you can save your timeouts for when you go back on offense. This game was rushed and should never have been released! There are too many flaws and I discovered all of this after just 2 games. I was lucky enough to have rented this game and not buy it. Get Madden instead...it is better in every way
