Breaking News: Sony ships 1,719 PS2\'s to Little Rock.........

All schedule to be in Little Rock, the first week of March 2001.  I was talking to the manager at Wal-Mat about the X-Box, and all that great stuff, soon we talked about the PS2 and it\'s shortage, he then told me that in March 2001, the first week,  Sony will ship 1,719 PS2\'s to Little Rock, Arkansas March 2001.

In December Sony shipped 700 PS2\'s to Little Rock, sold out in less than 1 1/2 hours.

Wal-Mart gets: 755
KB Toys: 300
CompUSA: 450
EB World: 214

So check out these stores for PS2\'s in March 2001 @ Little Rock, Arkansas.......

I guess IGNPS2 was right about Sony\'s scheduled "Relaunch", this may just kill the X-Box hype in March 2001.

The Xbox wont even be coming out till fall. Why would sony do something dumb like killing hype thats 6 months away???

If you are familiar with Hot Springs any, I got my PS2 on launch date from the Albert Pike Supercenter Wal-mart @ 12:01am.

Howdy to you, I live 30 miles from you then.  Yes, Arkansas a very diverse state indeed.

I just moved to Conway actually.  But if you live in LR then we\'re still 30 miles apart.

I wonder who will be getting the most of those PS2s.  My brother -in law wants one.

I\'m from Little Rock, AR.  Waited all night at the Best Buy in North Little Rock on Oct 25/26 for my PS2

i guess SONY is still screwing EB over..out of ALL the stores..they get the least amount of shipments..i wonder how many my store will get..

o well..in march its going to be a big paycheck for me AGAIN..

They arnt really screwing them over.
They are a smaller store so it stands to reason they will get less.
More people go to Walmart then KB.

What are the odds that 3 Arkansas boys would be on the same site?  I was going to do just that RatBoy, until I got a tip on my way home that Wal-Mart in Conway and Hot Springs were letting theirs go at midnight.  I was #9 in line.

Well I hope Springfield, Illinois get that many in too. Actually I hope they get them in sooner. I dont have one yet and I dont wana wait till march.

Don\'t know who will be getting them, but they better hurry up.  I live in good old Little Rock.
