Lucas, to be totally honest some of the PC software you can get now either rivals or beats hardware synths. a good example
is native instruments reaktor. This is one hell of a software synth, but you need a degree in synthesis to use it
Also a high spec PC to run it.
You can run most new audio progs alongside cubase or Emagic\'s logic Audio. For this tune i only used 1 programIt\'s called \'Reason\' by Propellerheads.
This sofware is rather cool. You can have virtual samplers, Effects, Rex players & synths all in a virtual rackmount.
the more processor power, the more you can add. It also has it\'s own internal
Sequencer. One rather nifty thing about the software is that when you press the tab key the virual rackmont \'flips\' around
to show all of the virtual cables at the rear of the racks. these can be moved and routed as you wish. Amazing.
