But it did happen, then another shock came, Nintendo rejecting Square, I thought it was suppose to be Square rejecting Nintendo???????
It seems as if Sega isn\'t only developing for the PS2 but building a good relationship with the console giant Sony.
What Sony had to say>>>>>>
We\'ve welcomed them openly, and I think it\'s interesting that we\'ll be working together in the future. The PlayStation 2 format will grow stronger with the cooperation of Sega," Saeki told Core. He continued, "We\'re excited about their plans to revive classic Sega Saturn titles for the PlayStation. There\'s a need for quality PlayStation software especially in North America and Europe, and their back catalog isn\'t well suited for the PlayStation2. I think they\'ve made the right choice."
He did not elaborate on Sega COO Satoshi Kayama\'s hints that Sega and Sony are working on network projects, but did say: "I can\'t say much about our plans at this stage, but our network development will accelerate with the help of Sega. They\'ve pioneered network gaming on consoles, and we hope to adapt their knowledge to the PlayStation2."
What else will happen next week.
