So you walk into your closest games store with £50 in your hands wondering which game to get. SSX or Timesplitters, you walk up to one of the shop \'assistants\' who is wondering around the games section.

"excuse me could you tell me some of the good and bad things about these two games?" I said.

"Sorry no i dont know much about these games" the guy said. Fair enough how is he suppose to know every game in the shop. So i asked if he could check which games were in stock. Guess what he said. Sorry mate I just work here!!
now forgive me if im wrong but finding out which games are in stock isnt very hard. I was well pissed off because he was just walking around doing nothing.
Anyway, i just thought i\'d ask if this has happened to anyone else?

A few days before Christmas I was made a salesman where I work just because I was the only one in the store who knew something about games.I did quite well sold over 900 games in 3 days :D
I recently discovered that my ass is the key to the universe.....now I must fight to protect my ass from those who might abuse it!!!

Well, I went into a store once where their whole selling point was that they let you play any game before you buy it. there were big posters up everwhere saying "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY- TELL ANY SALESPERSON WHAT GAME AND THEY WILL SET YOU UP ON ONE OF OUR MANY CONSOLES" well, in the store there was me and one of my freinds and the salesperson, nobody else. I asked this guy if I could try a game, I dont remember what it was. He calmly looked up from HIS game and said and I quote "No, I really don\'t feel like it, sorry"

Thats my bad salesperson story. There have been many others but for some reason this one sticks out the most to me.

Well, some stores have really bad service, others have this "buy-or-we-will-be-pissed-of-helping-you-with-any-information". For example I come without money, one clerk comes and asks if I\'m looking for games. I say yes, and I say the name of the game and the price. Now usually the service here is well, and the clerk does everything right. Well, then the clerk automatically starts to rip a bag out and put the game in saying: "It\'ll be 300 fim then" even \'tho I haven\'t said nothing about buying it. Then I say: "Sorry but I\'m only browsing for prices. I may be back soon..." I only get an angry "you-wasted-my-time" look.

But then there\'s stores with really bad service. You ask a question, goes ten minutes, no reply; the clerk you asked the question takes other customers and doesn\'t remember to answer you anymore and you\'ll have to ask again...

sometimes it\'s Adults first, then teenagers. If I try to ask something the clerk may start a centense but suddenly stops as he answers to a question made by adult AFTER me... this is very rude, but I\'ve lived to accept the reality...
