Darth Joyda, the game is a survival horror.
Read this:

Sony Japan reveals Phase Paradox

Sony has shown its latest first party game for PlayStation 2, a survival horror by the name of Phase Paradox: in space, co one can hear you, etc, etc

Sony\'s going heavy on the 3D action for its 2001 run of PlayStation 2 titles, with Phase Paradox to follow the greatly anticipated Extermination in the coming months. Revealed to the press yesterday, the brand new game follows the fortunes of the spaceship Gallant after an explosion cripples the craft.
As you can imagination, it\'s all blood and sneaking around corridors from there on in. Players will be able to control three characters in the game, namely Jude, Renee, a soldier and a lab scientist named Aila. As you\'d expect, you\'ll get to blow the living biscuits out of every alien and zombified crewmember you can find. And you can\'t say fairer than that.

Japan will see the game on store shelves this June. Watch for confirmation of a western release in the near future.

CV&G

Here\'s also the game\'s site.
And here\'s a .ram movie of a cutscene:

Phase Paradox-320x240
Phase Paradox-160x120

There\'s not so much about this game yet, so i\'ll wait until i\'d know more about the gameplay/plot to make any comment.
Sounds promising though.
Whatever

the movie looks great , but is it part of the intro or some of the gameplay ?

either way it looks like this one is shaping up to be great looking game.

It looks like a cutscene created with the game\'s engine, but it doesn\'t show so much( except a well detailed woman).

Check the game\'s site in the future because they\'ll add more movies soon( at least that\'s what they\'re saying).
Whatever

Looks great.
The 2nd pic with 2 characters in the blue room
seems like act. gameplay : look at the slightly
jagged edges of the charactermodels and the background
looks prerendered.
Third pic seems a realtime engine cutscene to me.
From that technical point, I expect it to become
similar to Onimusha; prerendered backgrounds/ 3D models

This game isn\'t at the top of my list, but definatly one I\'ll look into!
