i have the sims do i need the first expansion for it or do i just need the sims?

are you being sarcastic?  anyway, yes it\'s a definate buy.

be sure to get "the sims: livin\' large expansion pack" as well.  there are also addons here at "the sims" official site.

again, watch for the next expansion pack in march.  i believe amazon is saying the 28th of march, but that\'s not in stone.

i\'ll have to check that out, but "the sims makeover studio" is full of bugs and i can\'t keep it stable long enough to make any progress and you do have to have a program such as "the sims makeover studio" to apply the downloaded skins correct?  if not what do you use to apply the downloaded skins?
