When is the hard drive and internet coming out?

When is the ps2 hard drive and internet coming out? What will they be called?

The internet is already out. it\'s been out since the 80\'s, and hard drives have been out as long as computers have existed.

I think the Harddrive and Modem will come out this summer in japan and late this fall in the States.  I don\'t have anything to back that up, I forgot where I read it.

Wrong. Actually, though they\'ve been around awhile, I\'d hardly say that HD\'s were around back in the 60\'s. Back then, everything was stored on tapes that looked like projector film and punch cards. Harddrives didn\'t really start becomming an option in computers until the mid 80\'s when more and more companies were buying IBM\'s and Apples for their daily operations. Even then, it wasn\'t until the early 90\'s that harddrives have been standard in computers. I still have several games from 89-91 that list Harddrives as "Optional" or "Recommended but not necessarry."
