Gameboy games on PS2?!?!

The UK manufacturer Datel announced that they will be releasing a GameBoy Color Emulator for PlayStation 2 in Europe this spring, which allows you to run all the GameBoy Color cartridge games on the PlayStation 2. The retail price of the emulator will be 39.99 pounds.

...I\'ve not a wife with little children...

no way I\'m gonna spend that amount of money on something like that, even if I had cartridges for gameboy color I\'d rather buy the thing itself.




...I can hear the xbox fanboys say: the ps2 isn\'t even capable of emulating those games LOL!!!

I\'ll get it in a heartbeat. I like GB games, and to play them on a 32" tv would be awesome:)

....I\'m gonna get Simpsons: Tree House of Terror in anticipation.

Bah!!Nothing special.Their might be a gameboy emulator in the future to download for the PS2.

I know someone that found a site FULL with emulators to download for DC.
All you need to do is have the boot disk for playing copies and a CD with the emulators copied in it.Until now he can play GameBoy Game Gear and Mega Drive games and soon Saturn games.And then with the addition of Bleemcast....DAMN!!!6 CONSOLES IN ONE!!
Also there is a program to play VCDs on DC without any add-on.
This could be done on the PS2 as well.
