Idremas console L600 could be the best!

ok lets talk why this is a true contender, first its graphics compare good with the other consoles its able to  pump out a 120 million pollys per second, its using the next generation Nvidia chip, it has 94 mb of total memory, it plays dvds , audio cds, and it can record movies, it come with a email client, a 56k modem, a 10g hardrive, it has 4 controller ports, it will have 30 games at the launch (its launching be for xbox) its a linux based system and it has a  upgradable gpu if u know what that means. So are anyone of u intrested so far?

I\'ve been considering getting Indrema for months. Depends on the launch games. If there\'s at least 2 original action/adventure or platform games exclusive, I will definitely buy it.

Why it won\'t be succesful:

NO ONE HAS HEARD ABOUT IT.

Sure, some of us gamers have, and if you happened to pick up a Next Gen magazine, but not many other people have heard of it. None of my friends have anyways. Also, I\'m not that interest in it, since the only thing it has going for it is the Linux-based system. As for developers, we haven\'t seem many yet, and all the games they\'ve shown us were ports from 1999-2000 games (i.e. Shogo).

If they could actually advertise more they would have a chance.But right now as it is nobody has heard of it,only a few internet geeks so it doesn\'t stand a chance unless it advertise\'s it more.
It sounds good though.
And the name isn\'t very catchy is it the L600.If they want it to sell they have to get a catchy name like the Cubed Dreamstation X or something.

yeah there was an interview with the guy who is behind it awhile ago, and the system will run on the lynux operating system, a haven for hackers. i thik its a greatidea, but it just wont make it.
not a big company peeps know about, so there will be uncertainy... it wont make it.

i think the system could be a sleeper hit at least in America and parts of Europe / Asia,but mainly only for pc geek crowd followers (like the majority of us here on the forums ),but the mainstream will never get into this unless they bill it how Sony is doing it with PS2,an entertainment unit for everyone. If they never target it as that,it won\'t go no farther than the initial pc hardcore kingdom.

Its for the true \'hardcore\'. But, in my opinion is the single most original console in this generation. Still, it stands zero chance of commercial success. Still, I plan on buying one ASAP.

I\'ll buy one if it ever comes out. I doubt it ever will though. It\'s been "Coming Soon" for a year.

the raw power of the console has nothing to do with the commercial success, and I agree with L-I-C: if they don\'t start serious advertizing, the console will not get game-developers and not buyers.

I haven\'t seen ANY news about games being ported or created to Indreama\'s console, not ANY news about well-known producers producing to it ( and I sure would have, if those well-known producers would produce to the console! ).

So, I have high doubts on its success. And I\'m definetely NOT going to danger my money on betting its success and buying one. It could be another Atari Jaguar, you know...

Some people havent heard of the Xbox either. If you ask some casual gamers where I come from they know about N64, PSX, DC, GC and PS2!

i just read a little more about the company having money trouble,it is still expected to be released but without backup money it will be released in limited quantities (meaning you\'ll be very lucky to find one anywhere).
