What do you think of the games comming out?

I think the games that are comming out at the moment,and the ones i have seen on the net,and on DVD\'s seem to be getting better and better.
The reason i think they are getting better is because developers really are getting to grippes with the PS2 hardware,i think the DEVS are getting better,also that is why i think that GT3 has had so many delays,because the developers keep getting better things out of the PS2,and i carnt wait to see the games in a years time.

One of the defineing moments forthe Playsation was the development of Final Fantasy 7.

This was a Land mark Game for the system and showed what the PSX could do.

Even though thewe have Metal Gear Solid due out soon, we have only yet scratched the surface of what this system can can can\'t do.

Ah the Future for the PS2 is Bright.

Since January each month has produced better games and the games we\'re all really looking forward to are still on there way.

I can\'t wait for Red faction, Twisted Metal Black, GT3, FFX, Soul Reaver 2, Herdy Gerdy, Baldurs Gate, Wipeout Fusion, Dropship and MGS2 this year just to name a few

Red Faction, GT3, and FFX not even some X-BOX fanboy could rip on those

I agree.....The PS2 games are getting better and better! GT3 all the way!!!  

I think they will be over-rated and not live up to expectations. (Just going by past experience)

they will live up tot he hype, you cant say MGS2 will not live up tot he hype, we got the demo and it surpased my expectaion i can tell you that

If everyone keeps hyping these games up they may fail to meet the hype (im talking about The Bouncer and ZOE). Im sure GT3 and MGS2 will rock though but some games I feel may flop. The following are my predictions.

- RichGUK predicts the future -

Red Faction: Slow gameplay spoils what was a solid FPS.

Dark Cloud: Too much emphasis on building the town left the RPG boring. Also the game can be completed in a couple of sittings.

Herdy Gerdy: Just turns out as an average game.

GT3: A great racer, let down slightly by the fact thats theres no car damage but still amazing all the same.

MGS2: Simply outstanding.

Wipeout Fusion: Much the same as what we\'ve seen but even after 5 years the Wipeout genre is fun, a solid racing game.

Crazy Taxi: Generally the same as the dreamcast, its fun but looks dated, shame about the slowdown.

Silent Hill 2: Spot on horror game.

Resident Evil: CV Complete: Great on the dreamcast even better on the PS2.

Project Eden: A imaginative and fun game.

Thats all I can be bothered doing so far

• Twisted Metal Black - this is my #1 to-get game
  
• Gran Turismo 3 - Just barely behind TM:B
  
• Devil May Cry - graphics look good; hope it\'s fun
  
• Red Faction - Have a feeling after I buy this, Quake 3 is going to be forgotten
  

That\'s 4 that look real good to me.  I would love to see more that appeal to me, but if those deliver, then great!

I think they look amazing.
Any day a new game Im looking forward to comes out, I feel like a kid waking up for christmas.
I especially cant wait for Red Faction and Soul Reaver 2.
Blood Omen 2 seems extremely awesome as well, but its not due out till 2002.

Really.. I think many of the games will live up to the expectations and a few won\'t (bouncer )

so don\'t be so negative all the time.
