Thank you so much for that link!!! I did what they recomend, check this out.

I used to d/l at between 60-25 Kbps......

NOW!!!

I d/l at 130-70 Kbps...Woooohoooo. I got a 5.22 meg movie of Rumbe Racing in 1.5 minutes, before it would take about 5 minutes.

I got my DSL hookup through the phone company, bastards, why don\'t they (or the ISP I\'m with) tell us these things???

Oh well, I\'m happy now:) Thanks again for the link man!!

Ahhh isn\'t broadband great? I\'ve been enjoying it for a long time now. :)

Hey modem ppl, I started w/a 2400 baud modem. That\'s right, that\'s 0.2 k /sec. (back in the bbs days) .. I know your pain.

Be sure to back up your registry before making changes.  Some of the so-called speedup registry suggestions floating around are bogus and do nothing.  Others are valid improvements.  Either way it\'s always nice to know where you started.
