I just got off work and ran over to my local video store and they had Gran Turismo 2 on a sale rack for like twenty dollars. Should I buy this game for fun, or wait for Gran Turismo 3 to come out? When does GT3 come out? Also, anyone ever played Spyro the Dragon? Is it any fun? They had that game on sale as well...

Spyro the Dragon?? It\'s a kid game, did you know that? It\'s the kind of games where you run around collecting things and doing just a little of action... very easy... as for GT3 I don\'t know when it comes out...... But I would buy GT2....

DO NOT BUY GT2 if you have a PS2 and want GT3

There will be similiar tracks in GT3 and you\'ll enjoy GT3 just a little bit more by waiting

GT3 should be out on June 15 in the States

Spyro is a kids game, very nice nice

Buy GT2, you\'ll need the practice if you want to dive into GT3 when it comes out because GT3 is hard and if you haven\'t played any GT games before you\'ll just get frustrated with it.  Besides, GT2 is a KILLER game and for $20 you can do no wrong.

I\'d buy it just for the practice.  Just getting your full liscence in GT2 with all gold race times will take you forever.  It\'s amazing how complicated an ordinary turn can be when you are doing it with a realistic sim...

Added bonus?  If you buy GT2 and don\'t like it for 20 bucks, you just saved yourself a lot more cause you won\'t like GT3 (except the eye-candy graphics, of course)!

Don\'t waste your money.  Just wait 2 more months and get GT3.  It will have better car physics, better graphics, more tracks (Complex String anyone? :D) , and better AI than GT2 has.  Unless you absolutely can\'t wait 2 more months, don\'t get GT2.

Yes Spyro the Dragon is a kids game but I still love it.  Well maybe I have it just because it has Dragons in it.  Anyway for $20 I think it\'s a fun game.  Just my bias opinion.

ye ai definiely say go ahead and buy GT2 - i mean it has alot more cars and it is just a great game - especially for 20 bucks

trust me - if you haven\'t played GT - then its better ti see what you are buying by getting GT2 for 20 bucks instead of GT3 for 50

I agree. Waiting and buying GT3 without playing any GT will make the whole expirence newer and more fun.

I wouldn\'t get Spyro as it is a kids game. However after saying that Toy Story 2 was a cool platformer. ;)

Wait for GT3

Spyro is a kids game but it is still damn fun. If you want a spyro dont bother with the first 2. Just get spyro 3.
