IGN has released a "potential" list of Fully Playable Games that willbe on shown at E3.

Here is the list of the Games that lucky people at E3 will be able to play....

These unannounced first-party titles were also playable

And a new RPG from SCEI.
And of course, Naughty Dog’s Jak and Daxter will also be playable from the SCEA showfloor for the first time.

Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance
