BTW, I doubt one or two exclusive games could affect the outcome of the whole console war.

Don\'t go listing all of the exclusive games coming out for the PS2. This guy said that this announcement gives Sony a good chance of winning the war and I don\'t see how.

The reason I said ps2 has this war won is number one ps2 has a userbase of 10million,  nintendo and xbox showing at e3 has been very dispoinnting so far.  Ps2 is getting all the big 3rd party games first and even if they do go to gamecube or xbox they proably will be old.  Nintendo looks to have let me down again with 3rd party support cause not one showed a gamecube game yet.  The graphics on both systems(gamecube and xbox) has been no better than ps2 or dc so what was all the hype about?

Exclusive for a year? Big deal.

Resident Evil: Code Veronica was exclusive for a year , to the DC and yet I still see plenty of people hyped up about it for the PS2 port.

A few games won\'t decide the fate of a system. Sony can say they have VF4 and MS can go we have Jet Grind Future (or whatever it is called). So on and so on..

I"ll try to find you the list of 3rd games for game it sucks trust me.  Sega is the only good3rd party in the list they other were accliam, kemcol, ubi soft, and other average 3rd parties.  My ps2 is looking better than ever after seeing gamecube and xbox at e3.

I think he ment that there should be more games like that to win the console war, and that currently list of triple AAA titles isn\'t enough. If he did mean that I sort of agree.

Its also a shame that Square probably won\'t be developing for the GBA.

Right. Three games is not going to win a console war for Sony. Not to mention the real E3 news hasn\'t even been announced yet. Sega still has SEVEN more titles to announce for the Nintendo GameCube. I own a PS2 and look forward to it, but Sony is not going to have it easy this generation, as MS and Nintendo are both goin\' to give it their best and it looks as though their best is going to be pretty damn good.

Personally, if the Nov launches stand for both systems, I\'ll be one busy gamer. And in the end, that is all that matters to me. I could care less which company makes the most money this generation.

NOTE - If your wondering why the L-I-C quote says "its a shame square won\'t be developing for PS2", its because I sometimes write before I think, nasty habbit that.

MSG2 and SH2 might be \'exclusive\' but MGSX and SHX are coming for Xbox.
