The game looks great, there was a interview with Surreal in a PSM issue where they talked about how they we\'re using the PS2\'s power to do procedural texturing

Again where are all the gameplay mpegs !!!!!!!

these pics blow me away

The textures in the enviroment especially the mountains just blend right inot the earth in the lower elevations


Surreal said they we\'re using procedural texturing techniques and it definetly looks swell

I want to see it in action. Someone already said it was running at 60FPS so thats good

and the boast of 90+ hours of gameplay is just mind boggling

...lighting is very good too come to think of it and yes the pics are almost mezmorising,i keep coming back to check \'em out,the developers surely have a handle on things here (though i hope control isn\'t sloppy)

Its all procedural. The texturing technique used by Suurreal is based on mathematics

From far away you can see the mountains and how the snocaps meld into the mountain and then meld gradually into earth

When your closer to the ground or on the ground the grass details increase.

This is a game that is definetly using the PS2\'s strengths. I just really want to see it in motion
