I need help, if anyone knows anything about paypal???

Hi guys,

I signed up with paypal and I need to make a payment for an auction I won and I was just curious as to if I make my payment to the guys email address will it come out in US funds for him.

I need to pay him 62 US dollars and I got an International ( canada ) account and was wondering how that works??
