Those who have played pc Baldurs Gate, how many gameplay hours ?

I am really hoping the ps2 version is long. I need a game that captivates me for a long time. Does naybody how long these titles take to complete and does the series keep getting original ( different areas and enemies).

Well let me put it to you this way:  I\'ve had the game since last July and I\'m on chapter 2.  Mainly b/c I\'m stuck, though.
