ive changed my mind, i now believe an Alien would win, due to the fact that the redators stealth is useless, and because the Predator couldnt see the Alien

plus, if you remember in liens, the aliens dont show up on infra red, meaning, the predator wouldnt be able to see the aliens...BWA HA HA, Aliens woulod beat him cause hed be blind towards them!!!

No actually he would either just change his visual type, or take off his mask. Its that simple.

what makes the predator come to the conclusion that he should change his visual type?  obviously he has to know that he cant see the alien.  this takes time.  in that time, the alien would strike.

But then again, how did he know to change his visual type in Predator 2 when those people were wearing those suits and emitting those ultraviolet rays?

Forgive me if I\'m mistaking something, I haven\'t seen Predator 1 or 2 in a long time.

Since Predator was beaten by Arnie, and then (shame of shames) messed around with by Danny Glover he\'d probably get his ass kicked by a bunch of \'Aliens\'.

That probably means Ellen Ripley could kick the Predator\'s ass too.

me either, and Predator 2 is just crap, so it shouldnt count for anything  

but how about this for an arguement...Predator wouldnt attack the alien, cause the alien is unarmed

Another very valid point.
I always thought that part of the story was a little screwed up (the whole "they won\'t hurt you if you\'re unarmed thing).

But how is this for an argument, Alien can\'t attack the Predator because he can\'t see him. Unless, of course, he turned off his stealth camo. Which he wouldn\'t, because thats just stupid.

Predator - Camouflage is a really good thing to have.... without it predator is screwed in the butt hole.

ive already said this, its obvious the aliens have some sort of 6th sense.  Or ightened hearing or something.  How else do they know where the marines are, how else do they know where the ships crew, or the prisoners are?  they dont just guess.  I Believe the camoflague would be useless against the Aliens.  I cant remember off the top of my head if there was a reason given as to why they are such good hunters. Maybe they can smell blood, have extra senses like sharks do, they have something.

First of all, Predator unarmed himself ( took all the blasters away and the helmet off ) to fight even, face-to-face with Schwarzenegger. Sportmanship.

And Aliens aren\'t unarmed. They\'re armed with their deadly claws and tail - and they use them as weapons.

But, if Predator would take the helmet off, he would be as vulnerable as a marine - as without the helmet, Predator can\'t use the the invincibility-stealth-mode.

So - it would be one mean fight. And aliens ARE fast - so I\'m turning onto their side as well..

Predators are in no way invincible. Watch either Predator movie.

Aliens are in no way stupid or less smarter than Predators. Watch Aliens.

Aliens would sacrfice their own to protect the nest, defeat their opponents, and ensure their survival. Watch Alien: Ressurection.

Even though Aliens don\'t emit heat, Predators have different visions to see them, clearly. Play A vs P on the PC.

When Facehuggers impregnate, the embryo can control the host. Watch Alien:Ressurection and play A vs P in the arcade by Capcom. Best A vs P game, ever.

Eventually, Aliens would figure out their opponents and just swarm them. The Predator wouldn\'t be able to take them all out.

Predators are not invisible.

Aliens can sense prey and can even read minds.

Aliens are definitely superior to Predators and Humans, but not in a 1 on 1 on 1 fight.

Well I think they\'re just like all predators (the Aliens, not the Predators ) in that they can smell blood, sense heat, body electricity, ect. But that still wouldn\'t help them because it doesn\'t matter if they can determine where the Predator is, they still can\'t see them.

Either way, this argument is getting old. Lets just leave it at this - they both rule.
