The only Final Fantasy I played was 7. I skipped the rest. I\'m too dumb for RPG\'s. :D

Sweet news it\'s got the same score as no. 7

Does anyone have any text from the review?

I agree with Samwise and ViVi, every game has at least  one outstanding flaw

Zelda (which i bought) i would give 8.5/10

Predictable story, at times crap cameras, Temples were a bit same-old (not as same-old as dark cloud ;) )

it says at http://www.mmcafe.com that the reviewer who gave 9 was very negative....

"FFX gets 39/40 in Famitsu ratings. 4 criticts reviewed the game, one guy gave a 9.
I\'m sure he wanted to give a way lower grade than that (his review was pretty negative),
but there\'s politics involved which stopped him from doing that for sure."

I believe none of those titles were ever released in Japan. The Japanese have very strange taste in games genres compared to us. They prefer dating sims over first person shooters...

Let get something straight first, FF is an RPG and Zelda is an action/adventure.
U cant compare them.
But anyway FF is king, I got bored of Zelda after a few hours of play.

SSX was released in Japan. Might not have been a hit as it is in America, but they did release it in Japan.

I think there is even a Famitsu score on it as well. Which...here it is.
http://ps2.ign.com/news/26864.html

32/40

As for the others, they might be released in Japan eventually (or ever I guess), but the US got them first. So, no Famitsu score for them yet/ever.
Opinions are not important.

Ok wait the gamestop review, they\'re pretty sane, right?

I agree. I noticed this first with the OPS2 demo they had. The AI cars would just follow a racing line, never overtaking each other really, just following this line keeping in strict order.

I hoped this would be improved upon, esp considering that this OPS2 demo was from early game code.

Unfortunatly it doesn\'t seem to have been improved. Both IGN and the hours of footage from the JAP final version on PSW DVDs both show the cars having lifeless AI unfortunatly.

Fine the game will still be ace on graphics, sound, and playability. In my book though it will never be amazing when the computer controlled cars just follow a racing line, like they have no intention of winning. Just my opinion though. :)

Like was said earlier, SSX was released.
I heard it got the highest score that any EA game has got thats released in Japan. Which was 32

The Jap\'s sure do play some crazy games.

I still want A-Train 6 to be released over here though. I played A-Train on the Amiga. Cool game!
