Someone HELP solve this Silent Hill 2 Riddle. . .

Alright I\'ve been patient in solving this on my own, but I guess I just realized I don\'t have the brainpower to solve this cheap riddle, or I\'m just lazy at it.  
YOU know, the 3 bright coins in 5 slots, I\'ve tried every way possible it seems, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?  Someone tell me where the Prisoner, Old Man, and Serpent goes. . I swear I think I\'m missing coins or something but the riddle includes only 3 coins?

Shouldn\'t this thread be in the \'Hints, Cheats, and Questions\' forum? Now, it may not be the most popular forum, but it does get traffic, and someone is bound to help you.
