My Civic was destroyed by a diesel yesterday >:(

It was an older dude in his 50\'s at least.  He never saw and I guess he never heard my horn.  That\'s the type of people that piss me off.  They are oblivious to the fact they are not the only drivers on the road.

But anyway, yeah I hope they total the Civic.  I\'ll let everybody know if I get a new ride.

Sorry to hear, Emp!

I personally don\'t trust truckers. My father was one when I was growin\' up and he was half blind! Okay, let me rephrase. He had one good eye (not so good in reality) and in the other one he saw double! He continued to pass the eye exam tests, yet he couldn\'t read a news paper,etc. Friggin\' amazing.

My uncle is also one and he is completely blind in one eye. He got shot with a B.B gun in his right eye (the games rednecks play, I\'ll tell ya\'..) and has had more accidents in his car then I care to count.

I\'ve decided almost all truck drivers are at least half blind and anytime I am in a car and I see a semi come near the car I get nervous.

I just want to say that I try my hardest be the man I should be and always put others before myself.  After this accident I just wanted a check for my car + expenses and to forget the whole thing.  I understand mistakes can happen.



Unfortunately, there are those who don\'t give a rat\'s ass about anyone but themself.  And the adjuster for the other driver\'s insurance is one of those people.  After the driver he insures totals my car leaving me w/out a car and at least $700 worth of out-of-pocket expenses, he views the police report and refuses to take liability for the accident even though his driver was written a ticket.

So the next step is to file claim w/my insurance and let them take these jerk-offs to court.  And while I\'m at it I may sue for a little something myself.  I tried to be nice, but now the gloves are off.  I\'m out for blood, money and whatever I can get from these bastards.  They might as well bend over and get ready cause I\'m coming in and breaking it off.
