Today I returned my PS2 to SIBA.

Just wondering, when I put psx/ps2 and dvd discs on ps2, the system makes scratchy noises or one of those weird noises when the disc start to load fast.  I wonder if this is normal or does it scratch the games at all.

Well my old PS2 was very loud when I played SSX..
The new one does not sound anything at all. :)
