PLEASE LIMIT SCREENSHOT POSTS IN A THREAD TO 6 !!!! Posting more then this is a pain in the ass for those who only have 56k, and limit supersized pics to 2 or 3 [/COLOR]

ALso do not reply with a quote and include an image. This is wasteful to repeat an image already displayed [/COLOR]

I personally love to see screenshot threads, but we cannot overload these threads to the point we\'re it takes a minute to load with a T1 connection [/COLOR]

This wouldsn\'t have anyhting to do with my FF XI thread would it. At first I posted all the thumbshots so it was no load problem at all. Then people complained about them being to small. Anyway Sorry Double D. Won\'t happen anymore.

hmm.

I think putting a bandwidth warning should be a requirement when you post large images.

So those with 56k\'s know what they are getting into,and us lazy bandwidth whores don\'t have to click those annoying little links.

not directly but I have noticed alot of people posting a dozen pics.

I think a link to the site or article accomodated with 6 personal choice screens to be shared is acceptable

load times are brutal for alot of people

Well I didn\'t think mine woul dbother anyone. UNtill I redid the sizes. But Im not given the option to change the topic. Even if I created it. I would have definatly put a warning on it.

And what you siad about pictures in quotes. I beleive everyone is too quote happy these days. I meen I konw im talking ot you. You know im talking to you. Why would I need to quote it?

quoting is fine, just don\'t quote pictures thats just stupid

and bandwidth warning are fine, except it still makes it frustrating for 56k people who want to particiapte in the thread but know it will take 15 minutes to open the thing up

just link to the site and article the pics are at and post a max of 6 choice screens for people to look at and discuss

I understand ddaryl (which is what everyone should be saying right now). I am now taking into consideration the slowness of the phone line users...

Poor guys. I\'m on a T1 so it\'s never lsow for me...

(Except for the TeamXbox site...which I can only get 2KB/sec at times...

).

I used to have a 28k

. So those screen threads were a real pain in the a** for me. But not anymore now i got my trusty dsl! But I do still remember those horrible days...the pain...the suffering...those days will forever haunt me...or...not.
