DoA3, Encave, JSRF, Panzer Dragoon.. All on PS2???

panzer dragon was cool but i never got to play it since none of my friends had a saturn and neither did i

oh well it was fun and it would be fun to play on PS2 - and i have no doubt that eventually DOA3 will come to PS2 - but not first

But I told all of you there\'s no such thing as exclusive. Little of this $$$ and a little of that (contract)  and that word means as much as one of DirectXbox\'s post.

The Tecmo guy would never put his game on PS2, since he said it isn\'t capable, he trashes it every week or so.

This is just wishful thinking from people who used to think so little of these games. of course you guys only like these games and want them when they come to PS2. Typical.

Yes the guy said Xbox was 6x more powerful. Just like Capcom said DMC was not possible on another console! Just like EA said NHL2001 maxed out PS2. :rolleyes:

Yes some people want DoA3 to come to PS2.. Why?
Well cuz maybe they cant afford to own 3 systems.. Ever thought of that??

Yes this is from the IGN boards (aswell as GA)... Several guys quoted OPM (US I belive) on this..

EDIT: You\'re right.. This might just be wishfull thinking.. But lets wait and see.. TGS is here in 9 days or so?

I haent seen anything look reomtely as good on PS@ (in terms of fighting) as DOA3 looks on X-Box, I think a decrease in looks would be needed. And The Tecmo guys approval to put it on PS2. Good luck, you may have those fingers crosse for a while.

I agree.. DoA3 looks better than VF4 and SC2..
But VF4 comes pretty close IMO..
And they havent started on the PS2 version yet.
Yu S. (I suck at Japanese names!) himself said there would not be a problem porting over VF4 to PS2 from the Naomi2 arcadeboard.. So maybe, we\'ll see a piffed up version

We havent even started to see the potential in the PS2.. (Neither Xbox or GameCube for that matter)
Outcast 2, FFX, GT3, Jak and Daxter is just the tip of the ice-berg.. (Pretty good for a small European Belgium company, ay?)


November is gonna be an awesome month.. Ill be getting a "few" PS2 titles, and Ill be checking out the GC and Xbox launch..
And in 9 days TGS2001 will start..

Like fastson said, yes this is wishful thinking on our part.  But this is a PS2 forum.  We can hope for games to come to the PS2 all we want.

I\'ll just post what I posted in a different thread.  Is it wrong to not want a game when it\'s coming to the Xbox, but to want a game now that it\'s coming to the PS2? Heck no. Now that we don\'t have to shovel out $350 to get the game, of course we\'ll want it more.

And it looks like it is now confirmed except for DOA3 (see rastalant\'s new thread).  Sweet! :thepimp:

fastson, the PS2 version of VF4 has been in the making since the arcade version was started.  The makers said that the PS2 version looks better than the arcade version (this was about 5 months ago, and no, I\'m not finding a link! )  It is going to be displayed at TGS.
