There\'s really nothing hard about getting the escudo to 1800, u just got to be rich.  and again its possible for the viper to get to 1088, just gotta win a lot of money and know how to tune it!

Tune?  You don\'t have to know how to tune the Escudo to buy the stage 4 turbo.  That only takes money.  The problem is getting it into a state where it\'s driveable.  I\'ve heard it said that you can only take it to stage 3 turbo and retain usable driving characteristics.  That\'s probably true.  You don\'t need 1800 HP for anything except raising cash in the Superspeedway endurance race.
