Anyone hear of the supposed upcoming Toy-R-Us PS2 games deal

Lots of guys are talking about it at IGN

buy 2 PS2 games and get the 3rd free. Supposedly good from Oct 21 - Oct 27


I haven\'t confirmed anything but I was wondering if anyone else heard of this deal.

From what I understand flyers will be in this Sunday\'s Newspaper and some Toy-R-Us\'s are confirming this is true by phone

Of course this is according to a dozen or so IGN forum posters

Interesting news, but since I tend to buy the games I want the day they come out with EB preorders, doesnt\' do me much good.  I almost never want to buy 2 or 3 games in a day....

Good news for those who want to go back and buy some older games they missed though..

Very interesting news indeed. Sounds a little bit too good to be true though. I can\'t really picture them just giving away a $50 game.

they could\'ve just bought truckloads of PS2 software for the holidays and got a great deal for buying bulk


but I will be checking it out cause if it is true its worth it
