2 Questions that have been bothering me

I gotta couple of questions I want to ask, but before I ask, I\'ll set up the situation for you:

You\'re the trouble maker in the neighbourhood - you know, smashing people\'s windows, letting the air out of peoples tires and basically everyone wants to kick your ass - especially the biggest kid in the neighbourhood Joe. However, the one thing going for you is that for the past few years, Joe and all his buddies could never catch your punk ass. I mean, they\'d want to beat the stuffing out of you but you\'d always manage to stay out of site.

Well, one day you feel daring and you decide to smash up Joe\'s bicycle. Not only do you mess it up, you mess it up while it was lying on HIS driveway! Anyway, Joe is p!ssed, and him and his buddies want to beat you up really bad. So bad, in fact, that they TELL EVERYONE that they\'re comming to your house to come kick your @ss - and I don\'t mean they tell someone and come straight away. No, no, they give you a few days notice that they\'re going to whoop your sorry butt.

Anyways;

Q 1.)You\'re this little punk right, and you know Joe and his pals are comming to kick your butt. Would you stay in your house? I mean, wouldn\'t that be madness? You could so easily leave your house and stay at a cousin\'s because it\'s not like Joe and his buds have been able to find you over the past few years.

&

Q 2.)If Joe was to ask your Mom (who feels you\'re the apple of her eye) to tell you to come out and get your beats, would your mom give you up? And, if you had indeed left to stay at a cousin\'s would your mom tell Joe and his buddies that too?


Just wondering.

u step outside and take your beating like a man instead of acting like a little ***** i swear if i caught some kid doing the things u said u did i would beat him within an inch of his life and when poeple found out why i beat his ass they wouldnt careexcept the kids parents who must not be very good parents if there kids out pulling this sh!t
so in closing i say take the beating then grow up

You didn\'t answer my questions dude, put yourself in the kid\'s shoes, would you stay at home knowing that some guys are going to kick your ass (and remember, you don\'t care what people think of you), or would you go to a cousin\'s house since Joe and his pals can never find you anyway.

I think Lavan is in trouble with \'the family\'.

I would

1) watch and see what kind of weapons they would use, them upsize it. (IE: nothing = bat, bat = knife, and so on)

2)My mom wouldn\'t get involved, my mess, I clean it up.


of course, I wouldn\'t ever do that, because I would be Joe, the victim who wants revenge.

well i would take it like a man hit em a few time before you get knocked to the floor so they see that you will atually fight back, and give it all you can because once you  get hurt enough you start to forget about the pain

Seem to be missing the point. This isn\'t ME I\'m talking about, this is purely hypothetical. I\'m just wondering, if YOU were this kid and Joe was going to come and basically KILL you, would you stay at home knowing you\'d get your ass kicked?

None of this \'take it like a man\' crap, let\'s say you\'re 4\'0\'\' midget and Joe and his buddies are all 6\'6" - they\'ll kill you. Will you stay at home, or go to a cousin\'s house since Joe never knows where you are and hasn\'t been able to catch you for the past few years. And if Joe called and asked your mom where you were (and you were at your cousin\'s), would she rat you out, or would she say that yes you were home that way Joe would come to your house while you were somewhere else.

Just a hypothetical question, I assure you, the only trouble I ever get into is with my profs when I hand stuff in late.

Or maybe just put a brand new bike out on the driveway with a bow on it..

HYPOTHETICAL - as in not real life, as in put yourself in the shoes of THIS kid, forget YOUR value system, and think like a little, low-life sh!t.

Yeah, that\'s what I thought too.

It\'s only logical. If you\'ve commited a crime, you hide - especially when the authorities haven\'t been able to catch you before. And your mom would never give you up because she thinks you\'re great, the apple of her eye - so when the authorities come calling she\'ll say; "Sure, my son is HERE, come and get him" when really he\'s at a friend\'s place, and your mom might even delay the authorites some more. She\'s your mom, she might even put up with the authorities dealing with her too.

According to popular opinion here though, I am led to believe criminals just stay where they are when they are notified that the authorities are to get them. Nice criminals eh? I wish the real world worked like that.

Anyone else want to have a crack at those questions? Or does everyone believe that criminals stay at home to \'take it like a man\'?

Not only would I go outside, I\'d hit everybody in the balls, too.

Plus, having this hypothetical kid get a few friends to back him would be cool.  If he doesn\'t have any then get with the ball smashin!

There is a very big difference between a teenager waiting at home for the neighborhood tough guys to beat the crap out of him and an adult criminal waiting at home for the police to knock on his door.  You can\'t ask a hypothetical question and then extend the answers to any other vaguely similar situation.  Clearly you\'re afraid to tell us what this is really about, so how can you expect useful answers?
