Looking for items on Amazon, I´ve just discovered that the web offers me pre-order MGS2 for its release date: 28 December, 2001 . What the hell is this? Latest news said the game would be ready for its launch on February 2002.

Its doubtful.

I dont see why they dont sell it before Christmas, instead of 3 days later.

Feb looks more like a reality.

Sorry Adan but your wrong about that release date.

remember in Europe we have our Dates DD/MM/YYYY

rather than the totaly wrong way that the Americans have it MM/DD/YYYY

FFS Days are a smaller Unit than months,thats a Stupid way of doing it !


THEREFORE


12-28-2001 (the stupid way of doing it)

becomes

28-12-2001 (the 28 of December 2001 .......Far easyer to use than the stupid version)

No problem mate ........

the reason for that post was to fool my brain into thinking that the release of Metal Gear Solid 2 is now closer than i though it was.

If it truly is the european release date, meaning for the whole europe ( Finland too, Finland too! ), I will be very happy :)

Imagine, only few days after christmas, I could buy it with all the christmas-money I will get...

SUPERB lats Christmas (after the Turkey and Mountain of food )
i played Team Fortress online while being very Drunk

This year there its going to be a METAL GEAR SOLID day

28 if the shops are open !

9:00Am get MGS2

9:10 Am get home even though its a 25 mile drive from shop.

9:20 Am sit Miss Money Penny in the bedroom and distrack her for the day with Angel Season one on DVD(i have a DVD player in the bedroom).

9:21Am Hook the PS2 to the Hifi and select smoove taxtures and play Metal Gear Solid !

9:22 Am Shead a tear at the oprea singing at the strat of the game

9:23 Am Snap the first gaurds neck while downing my first dirink of REAL ale
(this contiunies to a set the mood where i play the MGS drinking game)

RULES

If a gaurd spots you = Take a Drink
If you snap a gaurds neck W/O being spoted = Down a shot of vodca
If you manage to get a ghost image usingthe camera = down a whole pint
----------------------------

2:10 pm Wake up after just siting through the end creadits ......head hurts...... but still ok

2:30 pm Prepaire for Metal Gear Solid 2 ,Drink Black coffee and have lots to eat to soak up the alcahol !

3:00 pm Start playing Metal Gear Solid 2 and repeating the same process as shown above !
